Most SA SME sheds under twenty people run on partial systems: a WhatsApp thread that acts as a MES, a shared drawer that is also a junk drawer, and a maker lead who is still the backup for every role. In that context, this tip note is less about theory and more about protecting Tuesday. We map the decisions that must happen before the glue-up starts, before the cut, or before a tray leaves for site. It is easy to overbuild the drawer on day one.
